My interests in coaching developed in my late teens when I became a qualified swimming teacher and club coach.
These skills gave me the foundation to begin understanding individual and team development.
I have since spent 25 years in Business Management where my personal focus and passion has been to help others maximise their true potential.
I have worked in many different locations, spent time project managing new developments and experienced the coaching of teams across many different formats in the retail field.
My skills are now continuing with professional coaching which allows me to utilise the experience I have gained in the management of people, process, projects,strategy,structure and business finance, but most of all fast tracking people to achieve their highest goals.
I can offer you a calm and consistent approach along with a great sense of fun when achieving your future plans and goals.I totally believe that you can deliver the future that you really want.
I will continue to update my knowledge and pass on my learnings to as many people as possible in order to achieve my personal goal
