Bored of the usual fitness classes? There could be a different way to lose those love handles,
and stimulate your mind along the way - in the form of 'Kick-Box Fit', a class that promises
to give both your mind and body a workout.
Kick-Box Fit is a mixture of Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do and combines elements of boxing and karate as well.
Combining hand and arm strikes, high and low kicks, and defensive moves, it tones and strengthens
the legs and upper body, giving you a complete workout - as well as helping to reduce stress levels
and building self-confidence.
